Ishbel was appointed Senior Independent Director in June 2011 after joining the Company as Non Executive Director in October 2005. She was an investment banker for over 20 years, specialising in UK mid-market corporate finance. Her most recent role was as Head of UK and Emerging Companies Corporate Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. She is currently a Non Executive Director of Dignity plc and May Gurney Integrated Services plc. Senior Non Executive Director at Hydrogen Group plc and Chairman at Speedy Hire plc.
