With such talented people at GAME, it's only natural to reward and promote best practice. So we introduced Bonus Bonds - vouchers awarded to individual employees who've delivered excellent customer service.
In 2007 we handed out over £20,000 worth of Bonus Bonds.
Team excellence is vital to our success. Every month we identify the best performing store in each GAME region and treat the winning team to a night out.
Great ideas merit reward as well. At GAME we give a monthly £250 prize to the best suggestion submitted by a team member. Five runners-up win prizes of £50 each. Then we make certain that these ideas become part of GAME's collective knowledge - wherever we do business.
