Performance and targets

The CR Committee have agreed the following targets for 2009/10 based on the above Strategic Goals.  Performance against these targets will be reviewed by the CR Committee bi-monthly, with reports provided to the Board every quarter and to investors every 6 months.

  • Help our customers be responsible consumers
  • Behave ethically and with integrity when sourcing products and dealing with our suppliers
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees to work in 
  • Enable our staff to achieve their full potential through training and development programmes
  • Support national and local community projects relevant to our stakeholders

  • Actively seek ways to minimise our impact on the environment in the way we do business
