Appointments to the Board of Electronics Boutique Plc

Electronics Boutique Plc, the UK's leading specialist computer games and software retailer, announces the appointment of Sir Richard Greenbury as a non-executive director with effect from 25 January 2000.
Sir Richard Greenbury, 63, was Chairman and Chief Executive of Marks & Spencer PLC for eight years and has held a number of non-executive positions with leading UK companies including Lloyd's Bank, ICI, Zeneca, Metal Box and British Gas. He is currently a member of the supervisory board of Philips Electronics NV and a director of Unifi Inc.(USA), one of the world's largest textile producers.

The company also announces the appointment of Lisa Morgan as Commercial Director with immediate effect. Lisa, 29, has been marketing director and head of PC buying for Electronics Boutique stores since 1997. In her new role she will now be responsible for all group buying and marketing and for the Group's Internet strategy.
